Can big breasts be true love?

The long-heard "BJ's Single Diary" series turned out to be a Mary Sue drama - the silly Bridget Jones, the old handsome Hugh Grant likes her, everyone wants to marry Mr. Darcy likes her, the CEO of social networking sites likes her, Even the young Kochi beauty with legs from the neck down likes her. And BJ is not beautiful, has no brains, always makes troubles, smokes and drinks too much, dresses badly, and doesn't know how to cook...

Well, I have to say that Mary Sue's movies are not very analytical, because the protagonist has the aura of the protagonist. Isn't it stupid to ask the question "Why does the male protagonist like her" - because she is the female protagonist! You see, isn't silly white sweet the standard of Mary Sue's heroine? It is necessary to have no IQ and no ability but gain various types of male gods, in order to give hope to the vast number of ordinary girls watching dramas.

However, BJ is different from all the shriveled Cinderellas - well, she is very "predictable", and even a girl like me looked at her with her head held high and walked over and didn't know where to put her eyes.

Come to think of it, could it be because of this?

First of all, in the first part, Uncle Hugh said after the first date with BJ: Come to my house, I promise only good sex and never mention feelings. In the second part, when he was on vacation in Thailand, Uncle Hugh fondly recalled to BJ: You gave me the most wonderful sexual experience. Even the playboys who read countless women have said so, and it is probably true. And Uncle Hugh dares to say that, which shows that BJ is indeed a silly girl in his heart, and this is probably what attracts him. As for the CEO of the social networking site in the third installment, it seems like he fell in love for the first time after a night with BJ. Maybe the reason is similar to that of Uncle Hugh?

And what about Mr Darcy? The Mark Darcy played by Uncle Colin in this film is simply a replica of Mr. Darcy in "Pride and Prejudice". He is still a gentle, considerate, shy, serious, cute and arrogant ascetic gentleman who makes women of all ages fall. So why is Mr. Darcy, such a distinguished (five generations read Eton), super-brained (Cambridge-graded barrister), and extremely well-trained (BJ doesn't get angry every time he interrupts a meeting and buys her a new diary)? Would you like an old leftover female BJ who is not good-looking and not smart and clumsy? (Obviously, because it's a Mary Sue movie) (crossed out) Darcy's first confession was "I like just as you are." And BJ himself was surprised - you like me smoking? alcoholism? Out of clothes? ? Yes, at the beginning of the film, Darcy still described her like this, and told her mother not to blind her.

If it's true that Uncle Hugh, the romantic son, found BJ, then Uncle Colin is a bit puzzling. We tend to think that such a good young man will choose a gentle, virtuous, knowledgeable and sensible Kochi woman of the same class, rather than a sexy silly girl. However, perhaps we have forgotten that no matter how restrained a man is, he is also a man, and perhaps even more eager for the opposite because of restraint. Assuming that BJ's appeal lies solely in innocent sexiness, then we should probably think: Why do we think BJ doesn't fit Darcy? That is—couldn’t a big breast be true love?

It's true that when a girlfriend asks "what do you like about me", not many boys will get mad until they say "big boobs" to get themselves on fire. Even if his girlfriend doesn't get angry, most of them will feel sad in their hearts: It turns out that he doesn't really love me. The answers that girls want are nothing more than "I like you", "You are really a very special girl" and so on. However, if you like a person's intelligence, kindness, beauty, and big breasts, don't you like the original attributes of this person? What's more, smart people will become stupid, and kind people may become darkened, with big breasts or even a more stable trait. Speaking of nobility, how noble is love itself? If it wasn't for the purpose of enticing humans to pass on genes, why would creatures create such things as hormones to stimulate all kinds of chemical collisions and make people sink?

Of course, BJ's appeal is only an assumption that being sexy. In fact, there is a bit of logic in the Mary Sue movie too. Uncle Hugh was originally a prodigal son. He was very relaxed and very playful. Of course, he liked girls like BJ who were informal. He said that he would play role-playing, and he was not embarrassed at all. On the other hand, Darcy is a typical sullen man. If he finds another woman of the same type, he will probably suffocate to death. So it's not unreasonable that Darcy would like BJ. However, no matter what, whether you like talent or physicality, it is only a superficial liking. The real attraction of BJ is actually far more than the superficial point.

Even as a girl, I like her a lot. Although she can make a lot of mistakes and seems stupid, she is really cute! The hard thing to let go of in love is dignity. Many people will miss happiness because they are arrogant and because they dare not fight for it. But BJ is really brave. She can wear leopard print panties on a snowy day and run wildly to retrieve the male god. How many girls are willing to do this? Especially for Mr. Darcy, who is arrogant and unable to hold his face, his emotions must be clearly expressed, otherwise neither of them will be able to know the other's feelings. In addition, BJ can be said to be a very positive person, no matter what difficulties she encounters, she can grit her teeth and endure it, neither complaining about her life nor taking anger on others. It is really pleasant to get along with her, because she is always with sincere kindness, cheerfulness like never suffering, and pure innocence. There are enough people in life to teach others to be human, who doesn't know that all living beings are suffering? Who has not experienced the sourness of life? There are enough real vicissitudes and fake vicissitudes. Among them, BJ is like a spring, flowing from the difficult rock crevices without being stained with dust, always foolishly happy. In fact, she can live happily without the love and pursuit of several male protagonists, because she has the precious ability to be happy.

In middle age, BJ finally lost weight, refined over time, and became more skilled at work. The innocence of the past still flickers in the corners of her eyes, but there are a few more wrinkles, and her eyes look more profound, making you see that she is a female classmate with a story, but it seems to tell you "don't ask". She doesn't blame anyone, nor life itself, and pardons their failures lightly. She accepts everything and finds a way to cheer herself up. In the end, seeing her happiness, you will also be heartily relieved, as if drinking from a spring.

I really hope that even if there are no gods and goddesses, everyone will always embrace the passion for life and eternal hope like BJ. When you are in a quagmire, you might as well turn out this film to see that she has made life even more messed up than you, and then smile helplessly, bravely stride forward, and never be defeated by life.

Bridget Jones's Baby quotes

  • Dr. Rawlings: I'm not sure how much there is to gain from you two being at the coalface if I'm honest. My ex-husband said it was like watching his favorite pub burn down.

  • Mark: You can do this. You can. We can do it together. Just think what life's thrown at you already. You've turned disasters into triumphs with your sheer, joyful, indefatigable, infectuous lust for life. You've managed this entire pregnancy almost entirely on your own, despite a lunatic mother, repressed men, and boyfriends who don't deserve you.
