Half-Blood Dragon Ball Stands Aside

I have long felt that Dragon Ball will appear on the screen in the form of a movie. There are countless die-hard book fans like me behind this classic comic, but I didn't expect it to be such a bad movie.

Hollywood likes to make films of comic book heroes. These films, which are remade on the basis of the original books, will never worry about the box office. "X-Men" series, "Spider-Man" series, and "Transformers", "Fantastic Four", etc., the film has not been released, it has already been applauded, and the excellent results have definitely made the producers taste the sweetness. But not all the remakes are very popular. I remember renting a video tape and watching the American version of "Street Fighter" when I was a child. In addition, Hollywood also likes to film crazy gorillas, "King Kong" was filmed twice. . . . All of the above foreshadows that it's only a matter of time before Dragon Ball, the classic manga that swept Asia in the 1990s and turned its protagonist into a gorilla, is turned into a movie.

I finally heard that the live-action version of "Dragon Ball" is coming, and it was jointly created by Zhou Xingxing and Fa Ge. I searched the online comments casually and found that this "Dragon Ball Evolution" was almost overwhelmed by spit stars. Friends who have read this comic since childhood have expressed their resistance, saying that the character design is nondescript, completely disregarding the feelings of Dragon Ball fans, trampling on the classics and so on. In the face of such a bad review, I resolutely decided: just rush to the word "Dragon Ball", and I have to personally identify it. As it turns out, the idea is really cheap. . . .

Time: March 18, 2009

Venue: Palme d'Or

Configuration: Standard (beauty, cola, popcorn)

After sitting down and looking around, the audience is almost all born in the 80s, presumably they are also here to relive the classics . The moment the lights went out, my heart was surging. . . .

As soon as it started, I was hooked. "Wukong" is called "Wu Kun", I knew this in advance, and I was prepared in my heart. But looking at our protagonist in terms of styling, he looks like the boy in Transformers, who is blond and blue-eyed, dressed like the boy in Kung Fu King, and doesn't look like the boy who saves the world in comic books. And the adolescent Wukong should be a complete martial arts idiot. To be precise, he lacks a string of girls. The guy in the movie came up and wanted to pick up his classmates. Depend on. . . . .

Kiki, in the book is just a clue character that leads out two invincible half-blood warriors, Gohan and Goten, and has no effect in other aspects. In the film, she became Wukong's school flower female classmate, and in the film she is the female number one. At that time, I really sighed: the difference in aesthetics between Eastern and Western people is really big! For such a female number one, why don't you find someone more beautiful, and the figure is not so good? By the way, the female lead in "Spider-Man" looks even harsher. Even if foreigners like it, okay, I will endure it.

Miss Bulma in the book is the most important woman throughout the entire Dragon Ball story, with a bad temper and a high IQ. She is the one who accompanies this adventure, from the country to the city, from the earth to the universe, from the present to the future. Bulma came out in the movie, and I can give a high score for her looks. But the prototype Bulma is a delicate woman. I roughly estimate that this sister in the film has a combat power of more than 200. Especially during the final battle, she threw out a transforming capsule, and that capsule changed in the air, PIAPIA's, like a Transformer. In fact, just like in the original book, it turns out after a while of white smoke, and it's quite awesome, and the effect is not necessarily bad.

Leping is considered the most handsome guy in Dragon Ball Miles (the first handsome guy is of course Trunks, and he was later reincarnated as Nicholas Tse). He makes good use of Langfang Fengfengquan, which can be regarded as Wukong's first opponent, but as the story develops, he quickly becomes a dragon's trick. I'm so lucky to have a character like this in the movie. I used to think that the easiest way to play Batman is to find a non-disabled man wearing a mask. In fact, it is easier to play Leping than that, as long as the word "handsome" is enough. But in the movie, I was speechless. . . .

Turtle Immortal, who lived in the turtle house on the sea most of the time in his original work was a wretched old man, the old bird finally let him die generously in the big devil part, reshaped his tall image of a martial arts master, and later became a dragon trick figure. The old turtle in the film appeared in a small dilapidated house under a high-rise building in a certain city. Although it was said that it was "hidden in the city", it also made me think of the word "nail house". And at the end, why don't all those killed by the Great Demon King be resurrected? Only let the old turtle be resurrected, and forget his grandfather, what did Wukong think?

Piccolo Demon King, a more tragic character in the Dragon Ball world, has always wanted the demons to conquer the world, and is indeed constantly defending the earth. To be honest, since he cultivated Gohan, I have a good impression of him. The big devil in the movie is absolutely shocking in shape. In the final duel with Wukong, there was no punching and kicking, just a meal, and Wukong died. . . .

Hollywood films are not bad for money, such a classic feature film can be made well, but it is really bad. After all, the movie is short, and many of the plots and characters we expect to see cannot be included, which is understandable. However, you can't squeeze the plot together to make it nondescript, and then get a bunch of second-tier actors and come out to toss. China's filming of Dream of Red Mansions, but also the whole audition. For those who haven't watched this movie, just take a look on the Internet to know what's going on, it's not worth it. Those who understand it are uncomfortable to read, and those who do not understand are also depressed.

When I was a child, I saved money from my mouth, and I collected all the "Dragon Balls" on the bookstand, and later all the clouds. A few days ago, I received a set of Hainan version of "Dragon Ball" from the Internet. Now I re-read it, and I can still find many details that were not found before, which is very logical. Today, because I saw a climax of Dragon Ball - "Battle on Namek", in the complicated environment, I seem to return to the feelings of my youth. I will keep this book for my children to read in the future. A few years later, I will taste the passion and emotion brought by "Dragon Ball" again with the feelings of a teenager's father. In my heart, I have a name - Kakarot! !

  • Chi Chi: Just because my name is Chi-Chi doesn't mean I'm an idiot.

  • Grandpa Gohan: You rely too much on your senses. Eyes, ears, these are overrated. You must see with your heart.
