Have you ever felt hopeless and meaningless in life?

There are many fellow travelers in this film, even though they live in the United States, and although this is a film about racism on the surface, the pain, loneliness and helplessness growing up in life are the same. Living in a gyroscopic work life, even when depressed and hopeless, makes change so difficult, but the protagonists also give their answers to the above questions.

Here are some things that I gained and felt deeply:

1. One line game

The teacher put a red sticky tape on the ground. After the teacher asked a question, he moved to both sides of the red line according to the question. In the play, the teachers ask questions that seem to be easy, but in fact hit the heavy heart, so that everyone has the opportunity to face their painful and unwilling experiences. And, most importantly, the restrictions of various races and gangs are broken virtually, and there are more resonances of similar experiences, and there is fusion and bond between opposites. ——Dear, I am not alone, there are people around me who have faced similar pain as I have.

Honey, don't we do the same in real life? The neglect, trauma or accident that may have been suffered from childhood to adulthood are buried deep in the heart, as invisible, thinking that only oneself has such great pain, very lonely and powerless. But in fact, there are people around us who have similar experiences. When we speak out and face each other, one look in each other's eyes is resonance and support.

2. A diary

When the students got a brand new diary and began to record their real life, the darkness and gloom in their hearts began to penetrate into the air and could be seen and breathed. The diary has also become an excellent "pen pal", where you can be free to be yourself, say whatever you want to shout, what you want to be heard, and what your truest self thinks.

In fact, writing is a great way to better understand who I really am, to care for and heal myself, and to help myself analyze problems, find new solutions, and keep myself improving and growing. Everyone deserves such a great pen pal.

3. "Annie's Diary"

In order to raise money to buy new books for the university, the teacher took two other jobs. When a new book is in the hands of the children, they can feel the "incredible" look when they get the new book. Maybe foreign books are really too expensive, maybe they haven't been treated seriously for a long time, and the door to the soul has a new Sunshine warms my heart.

During my recent physical recuperation, what used to be easy to do has now become very difficult. There is often depression, a feeling that I have nothing to do, that I have become a waste, and that there is no hope. And when I experienced surrender, I completely accepted me, who couldn't create any value at the moment, and began to allow myself to do all kinds of "worthless things", such as puzzles, reading books, watching movies, etc. . . Lin Huiyin's autobiography taught me how to treat myself honestly and kindly. The life of the ghostwriter in the "Camellia Stationery Store", who is peaceful and mindful, and gets along with the body, is like a clear stream in my heart.

Follow your heart and do those "useless" things, they will guide you to open new windows in your heart and nourish your heart.

Finally, there is also a dialogue about the meaning of life and death in the film, which is wonderful and worth experiencing and savoring again. . .
