Vada is really casual and cute. My dad wants to marry another woman. My best friend found out that his beloved teacher had a fiancee because of his own death...--The loss of family, friends, and lover is heavy, how easy it is to survive... But the movie is Following the rhythm of this good girl’s easy jumping, there is no depression. It seems that Vada knows how not to struggle with loss, especially to grow up, just like she hugs shelly deeply at the end; j like she comforted Tomas’s mother when she said "Tomas will be alright, my mother will take care of him.”; Just like the last poetry class, she still went to bid farewell to the teacher and wrote a poem for Tomas; like she finally made new friends Judy. Needless to say, the spitting swear paragraph is really cute. My favorite is this paragraph.

Vada Sultenfuss: I think... everybody gets their own white horse and all they do is ride them and eat marshmallows all day. And everybody's best friends with everybody else. When you play sports, there's no teams, so nobody gets picked last.
Thomas J. Sennett: But what if you're afraid to ride horses?
Vada Sultenfuss: Doesn't matter 'cause they're not regular horses. They've got wings. And it's no big deal if you fall 'cause you'll just land in a cloud.
