After reading I don't know what to say.
I think of a story in China: In the poor northwest wasteland, someone asked a young shepherd, what are you herding sheep for? The shepherd said to sell for money. What are you selling the money for? Sold for the money to marry a wife. Marry a daughter-in-law for what? give birth to a baby. What did you do when you had a baby? Sheep. How similar it is!
Whose life is not a play, it has been played since birth, even in the womb. Some are happy, some are sad. Blame the sky, blame the earth, blame the parents, blame the current affairs, blame yourself, blame who? There are too many people and things to complain about, and there is nothing to complain about. No one wants to live like this when they are born, but what can they do? Life is more stubborn, and there are poems and fields in the distance, but they are only like short-lived flowers, and they are gone. In the end, it's back to your original life. Just like the moment of joy brought by the priest in prison in the film, it has passed and it has faded away. Life is not easy, cherish the present. There are more people who are happier than you. More than miserable, more miserable than you. You are you, live yourself.
The film is expounding a truth, poor enough to be unable to raise, should we continue to have children? This principle seems very simple, without thinking it can be said that it should not be born. But this is only the result of the guidance of public opinion. If you are not involved in it and do not fall on yourself, you can of course give the answer easily. Don't the parents know that? The mother cried in court, how could she not love her child? How can you not do your best to support your children? She asked the plaintiff's lawyer, why do you accuse me of not living a life like mine? Therefore, everyone has their own reason, and everyone has their own way. There is no right or wrong, it's just their own lives.
The poorer the poorer the place, the more fertility there is. Is this just a matter of perception? Nor is it just a foolish right or wrong. This is too complicated. Just like human nature, there are thousands of things that are right and wrong.
