A veritable slap in the face

This work has nothing to praise except for the novel dual timeline setting and the still charming old man.
It is a real movie that "borrows the previous setting to attract popularity only for the box office".

Directly point out two important failures of the work:

1. The collapse of the character design The character design of

"Jigsaw" has been very clear from the first movie. A person with a high IQ and a very logical behavior, carefully selected people who are guilty or do not cherish life, design levels for them and leave a chance of life, so that the surviving participants can correct their attitude towards life.
The reason why it is said that the human design of this work is broken is that the jigsaw, who carefully selected the participants, suddenly thought that the participants should not be punished for "unintentional mistakes" in the first level. I started to screen out this person, and I didn't regret it a moment before the game started. The fatal thing is that when the game reached the first level, the mechanism had already been activated, and the jigsaw suddenly rushed out to rescue this person.
This plot seems to be just an "unintentional loss", but it is the biggest failure of the entire film, and the most important character of the entire series, "Jigsaw", completely loses its core charm. There is no "careful choice", there is no "logical", it's like he suddenly sits down to eat, and after he has picked up the knife and fork to enjoy the carefully prepared meal, he suddenly regrets it——" Oops, the dishes that have been prepared for so long It's not really what I like to eat at all." Then the dish was removed at will.
The capital slap in the face is just that.

The second disgusting thing is the male protagonist's strong words. I don't know how the last paragraph of the male protagonist's self-confession is defined, does he think he is the Batman of Gotham City? dark Knight? Violence with violence? This self-confession really disgusts me.
After he became a jigsaw disciple in an incredible way, it can be seen from the film when he was making the agency that he actually could not accept the jigsaw method. After the jigsaw priest honey persuaded him, he approved the jigsaw. The way of doing things, and then Honey Juice begins to do justice for the weak in his mouth. The intelligence and emotional intelligence of this man in the film, compared to his series of behaviors, is completely contradictory.
The reason why the villains are attractive is not that their actions are just. Rather, they play by their own rules even if they know their actions are not just. Whether it's the Joker or Hannibal, it's the same. The Joker never laughs and tells you that he is committing crimes to improve the quality of the gang and to eliminate the lesser scumbags. Hannibal also never tells you that he eats people in order to teach the natural truth about the law of the jungle.
Please, a crime is a crime, you give yourself a righteous excuse, just to make your embarrassed look less ugly. It is better to admit openly, "I just think that the jigsaw does this to make me happy".

2

The selling point of the film is not considered in the design, except for the character design of the jigsaw, it is the design of the mechanism.
The genius of the first three works is that although the flesh and blood are flying, it may physically make you feel a little unbearable, but it is a good demonstration of the plot. The design of the agency has always adhered to a truth, that is, "choice". Are you choosing to tear open the chest to gain life? Or remove the eyeball to get the key? While it hurts to watch, viewers will be equally curious about the choices participants make.
In this work, especially the blonde girl in the second level, the simple and straightforward description of this plot is that it doesn't matter if you don't choose, I'll help you choose, and it doesn't matter if you don't choose when the three needles are used together~
I don't care at all. I think it's humorous, and I think it's just a slap in the face.

The design of the organ is completely careless, and the reason for each participant to participate in the game does not echo the role of the organ. Those organs that should have been carefully designed have also become as casual as jokes, completely losing the excitement of this series of movies brought by the original sophisticated mechanism design.

These two points are enough for my personal evaluation of this work to be extremely bad.

The telling of a movie or a story is to clarify a core. If you don’t have a core, it’s not impossible to be curious for the sake of curiosity, and bloody for the sake of blood. However, you want to have an ideological core and a visual selling point. There is no strict setting, I can only wish you all the best.

This kind of physical and psychological nausea after watching the movie, coupled with the anger caused by the imprecise plot structure, is really hard to describe.

PS: Welcome to the audience who agree and disagree with the movie. In fact, I have not figured out in the end whether the broken key is deliberate or another failure.
