If you want to infer the success rate of heart replacement surgery, if you want to dialect the existence of the soul, or even laugh at the relationship between the police and the criminal at the end, then you definitely don't need to watch this movie. But this movie is not a medical movie , is not a ghost movie, nor a police and bandit movie, but a human nature movie. The director wants to convey the theme of mother's love, so this movie is still worth recommending.
