When I saw the first half of the episode, I thought of Lust and Caution. Of course, considering the year, it should be said that Lust and Caution borrowed a bit from this movie. The historical backgrounds of the two films are similar, and both focus on depicting human nature. However, compared with Lust and Caution, which focuses on the heroine Wang Jiazhi's feelings for Mr. Yi, the Black Book depicts the characters of various characters in the war more. Some people have no hesitation, some people believe in money, some people believe in common people, and some people believe in God. After losing her family, losing her lover and losing her dignity, as a Jewish heroine, she returned to Israel, which she thought was her homeland, but at the end of the film, the Israeli-Palestinian war was depicted. Now that she has two children at home, she seems to have accepted all this calmly, no longer leaving or fleeing. I even thought of fatalism, and sometimes I can only calmly accept the arrangement of fate.
