When can scissors stop flying?

Walking out of the late-night movie theater, standing under the quiet eaves and watching the pattering rain in the night sky, I was once satisfied that this movie brought me a good night.
It's just that there is always some unwillingness in my heart, I always feel that such a movie is missing a lot of things I should have seen. In the film, the transition of the plot is so blunt and unnatural. Intuitively, it shouldn't be missing anything from what it's just shown on film footage.
After half an hour, turn on the computer and search.
Sure enough, scissors! Scissors again! ! Or the scissors! ! !
I guessed the existence of this scissors, but I didn't guess its ruthlessness.
A full 45 minutes... speechless.
I remember watching an interview with a film director before. He said that every second of the scene he shot with his own hands was his own hard work. Every second you cut when censored is a cut to the heart.
Now, 45 minutes of this movie have been cut alive, which is the length of an entire episode of a TV series, and the director who made this movie has to be distressed to what extent!
Scissorhands are always there, cutting a good movie into pieces, and I have already changed from initial surprise to anger, and then to numbness.
But no matter how numb you are, whenever you see the ruthlessness of scissors hands, you can't help but feel lost again and again, and the shame of being deceived will always appear for a while.
Why isn't there a grading system in place? It's a huge shame how many good movies have been killed because of it.

Say it is a foreign version of Lust and Caution? I haven't watched Lust, Caution, but it's really not interesting. The director of the intelligence bureau doesn't look like a high-ranking official at all, so nice, and so infatuated. MS China's war with the enemy is also a bit cunning.

The plot progresses extremely fast. From the beginning to the end, she did not set up a clear opposition to the heroine. She joined the resistance organization and became a spy to rescue prisoners. She did good things with a "nothing to lose" attitude. The only exception was Munts, who recognized her as Jewish and shared with her the pain of losing all of his loved ones. The suspense of this German officer and that "traitor" is the last connection between the heroine and her homeland.
