As two senior officers of the German army, Muntz engaged in personal affairs during working hours, and also privately contacted competitors and signed non-aggression agreements; Frank embezzled company revenue in the name of doing business resign. The two people's lives were corrupted and degenerate, and they broke down and exposed each other, which seriously affected the promotion and implementation of the overall strategy. This all shows that the German army has serious problems in execution, team awareness and professional ethics. On the contrary, from an operational perspective, their leaders are loyal, thorough in their investigations, responsive, and decisive in their execution.
