After watching the film, a student who studies psychoanalysis mentioned that there are many psychological self-defense mechanisms in this film; another lover who studies lucid dreaming said that the regret of this film is that it does not explain how Dream test, but the dream control part is still good. Nolan's "Inception" was inspired by this film.
For me personally (who doesn't dream much), this movie doesn't resonate with me. But some of the ideas in it are still worth thinking about. For example, when everyone is immersed in a dream, then the awake person controls everything. But is being blissfully immersed in a dream really worse than living miserably in reality?
