A lighthearted movie.
People like shopaholics have certain shortcomings in their hearts, so they use shopping to satisfy their inner pleasure needs. But that kind of pleasure is fleeting, so they can only keep buying, shopping makes them dopamine in their brains, so they become addicted, and there will be uncontrollable desires, even if there is already a pile of unpaid bills.
If you want to quit this addiction, you need to figure out what your heart really needs. Because material desires reflect the lack of heart. At the end of the movie, the heroine finally knows that for her, it is the emotions between people that are more important, rather than a bunch of clothes bought on impulse. So she chose to put it down, cut off her clothes, and re-selected what she really needed and valued.
Material desires are like "vases" that are brightly packaged in appearance but empty and lacking in substance. They tempt people and drive people crazy, but do you really need them? If not, then even if you have it, there is no real lasting pleasure.
Not only material, but other aspects are the same. Just like at the end of the movie, when your heroine finds her for a job in a magazine that she wants most, she gives up because she knows what she really wants and wants to do. You will be seduced by all kinds of attractive job opportunities, and in the end, although the surface is bright, it is actually not happy.
Also, people who want to lose weight often have a time when they can't control their appetite. At that time, most of the time, it is caused by the lack of heart and emotional instability. So, what you need to control is not your appetite, but to figure out what your heart really wants. Is it the food that tempts you? You can still wear a good figure in size S. Which is more likely to give you lasting happiness? not just short-term gratification.
The male protagonist of the movie is very handsome, and the viewing experience is good. I still like this kind of brainless movie. Also, as mentioned several times in the film, value and price are two different things, value is your inner evaluation, and price is just a label for an item. If you know what's more valuable to you, then the price is just a cloud.
