Thought from SATC2

SATC2 is about the Middle East, the mysterious Islamic world. The SATC quartet is mysterious, curious, and amazed. This is a film with little depth, not a great film, because it is not enough to expose the eternal pain and entanglement of human beings, nor to touch those problems that any society faces but is powerless. anyhow, it is a movie i like. like i don't necessarily have to like great arts and the arts i like don't necessarily have to be great, or as great as those in the great museums.
But i like the screenwriter's Delicate, in the chaotic and flowing life fragments, it constantly reminds us of those storylines, those small and recurring coincidences.
Example 1: When Carrie finally left Barzarre, she couldn't get a taxi, so the trick she used was the scene where the woman showed her thighs in the black and white movie she and Big watched. This pun, between her and big, is a wonderful intimacy; in the United States where they are today, this kind of exposure is no longer exposure, so she will make fun of how old big is. In the Middle East, Carrie's jade legs rolled up from her black robe are exaggerated in the film on the tires of the stopped taxi, so that the sisters can catch up with the plane. see, it works again in now and here. As for whether this is really the case in reality, if it is, it shows that this little temptation spans race, time, region, history...just because of men and women. anyhow it is our instinct that we cant resist. Even with so many rules and regulations, but to seduce and be seduced is RULE.
How much this commentary is like a sophomore homework! After reading the novel, I racked my brains to strip these seemingly coincidental plot designs. all about design, but misleading design. That's why i don't take literature as a job but personal enjoyment. Being too immersed in the story will create a lot of unreal and illusory imaginations about the fragmentation of reality. life is spontaneous and fragmented. just because we are human and we can learn and then we try to make a connection in an illusion.
like the second one, carrie and big live in samantha and charlott's room after Anthony's wedding between wild sex and crying baby. What a wonderful pun on such a childless marriage! So carrie is still worried that they will be an old boring couple after all. Even Carrie has this kind of worry! Fortunately, after six seasons + SATC1, the screenwriter made big a grown-up. He is not escaping, not retreating, but lead carrie through the maze. He will deliberately not pick up her, deliberately not answer the phone for a period of time, and "punish" carrie with black diamonds. Black diamonds are precious temporarily, but what is more precious is that big is leading carrie this time.
My favorite scene is the group of four singing i am woman. The whole costume, sound effects, interaction with the audience, the belly dancer, and the cooperation of the four are all very good. Specifically, it's a very american song for american women. That hip-hop black emcee keeps reminding everyone of the American flavor. But the surrounding scenes, such as the backing dancers of the belly dancers, are very double-meaning, one is exotic in the Middle East; the other is what they discussed before, outside the dance floor, women can only wrap themselves in black robes, while In the field, you can take advantage of the loopholes to reveal such attractiveness. It is also interesting to cooperate with several times offstage. Specific analysis is no longer available.
Favorite prop: The closet is supposed to be the most dazzling, but it still can't compare to the living room and dining room, which are used more frequently. Simple, warm, stylish and practical.
This sofa is a long-awaited product, but my favorite is the large coffee table in the front. This design is perfect for me. Books and magazines can be placed in the circle below the coffee table, and tea or sundries can be placed on the small jump in the middle. The painting behind the sofa is also well-chosen, with contrasting colors, but adding a warm luster. This kind of space design is not the kind of luxurious show off, but more stylish. Seemingly low-key, but exquisite.
