Frank - a group of ghosts and animals that normal people want to integrate into

Jon, the protagonist, is actually quite pitiful. Wholeheartedly, I want to truly integrate into the band, want to be recognized by other members, and I also donate my grandfather's legacy to the band, and sacrifice my work. But still couldn't fit in. He just changed the band into "his own" band. So much so that in the end the band members left and the band ceased to exist. He wants to help frank out of the shadows, but he doesn't understand his heart at all. Just trying to make this band famous and make people like him. In the end, the scene where frank went back to the band to sing together and jon walked away silently alone was so sad. He also loves them all, just in a wrong way. To
tell you the truth, I feel like I don't understand the movie very well. I'll watch it a few more times when I have time in the future.

Frank quotes

  • Jon Burroughs: Miserable childhood. Mental illness. Where do I find that kind of inspiration?

  • Frank: I've always dreamed of one day having a band member who shared my vision of creating extremely likable music. So, thank you, Jon. You gave me the little push I needed.
