The film wants to describe the accident on the bridge, the regret that the doctor failed to save them. This regret is not a simple word description, or a few scenes. Rather, the entire movie is expressing this regret, including various hypothetical scenarios and the emotions of the doctor that are derived from them. But this can easily lead to procrastination. The subject matter is good, but the director didn't handle it well, and he felt annoyed when he saw it in the middle, and then the ending was clear later, which gave people a feeling of being boring and redundant. It is very difficult for a movie to express a single emotion of a single character in such a staggered scene. And this movie has nothing to do with suspense at all, it's basically a waste of time, so you can skip it.
