The author uses an airplane as a metaphor for cartoons, and only a windy airplane can set sail. The wind is the author's feelings and creative desire.
The film is divided into three units
: "The wind is blowing, I have to work hard to survive",
"The wind is blowing, please bring my lover to me"
"The wind is blowing, I must live well"
Effort, love and persistence. The constant arousing of Miyazaki's creative desire is also a recurring theme in his creative career.
I believe that Hayao Miyazaki's previous retirements were all sincere, and behind any great and successful thing must be hard work and unspeakable concealment. However, he repented and retired again and again, not to make a name for himself, but simply because: the artist still has a desire to express.
