About Brave

Leaving war and politics aside, I'd rather say it's a film about growing up.
The young Amir was not liked because he was cowardly. But it is really impossible to hate, because this cowardly root grows in almost everyone. Amir saw that his friend was being bullied by others for defending him, but he went into hiding. Then because of guilt, he couldn't continue to have friends who treated him unconditionally, which would make him see his own cowardice and selfishness, which he didn't want to see. So if he wants to drive away his friends, he may be hoping to drive away a soldier by his side, so that he can be forced to be strong.
Amir can be hateful and pitiful. Because of his mother's death, he blamed himself and lived in the shadows. He couldn't get his father's approval. His father always compared him to a brave friend. These are all seen in the first half of the movie. As he grew up, he finally overcame his cowardice. In order to take his nephew away from the war, he finally braved and went deep into the war. He knew the risk was great, but he went anyway. We finally saw That cowardly child became brave.
A courageous film. After reading it, I want to read the book more. The author of the novel is very powerful.
