I love this story to death!

"A man finds the magic cup,
if he weeps against the cup,
his tears turn into pearls,
he was very poor, and at
last he sits on a mountain of pearls with a
blood dripping knife in his hand,
and his His wife lay in his arms.

Apparently he killed his wife and got rich by crying.
Why did the man have to kill his own wife?
Because his tears turn into pearls
But why can't he smell the onions?"

I love this story to death.
All because of the difference between brothers!

I have always been ignorant and curious about that piece of land on earth!
Although the film subjectively starts from the standpoint of the United States,
it still outlines the reality of that magical land for the viewers.
Whether the United States is a paradise is a matter of
opinion,
but compared with Afghanistan under the Taliban rule, which does not treat people like people,
even kite fighting is banned.
It is indeed paradise.

There are so many things that can be created in the story itself, such
as the friendship between the young master and the servant,
the scandal of his father,
the perversion of the neighborhood, and the
turmoil in the country . The most impressive ones are: Hassen was insulted, watching Amir run away, Hassen didn't expose it, how sensible this kid is! The watch is a medium that blocks the illegitimate children of the brothers . The palms of the hands and the backs of the hands are full of meat!

It's so unfair to let go of your own flesh and blood!
2 sons, life and death!

Before stepping into the air-tight car, my father
clipped a pinch of dirt from his hometown into an object he carried with
him until he was dying, and he still kissed the object.

In the mirror in front of the newlyweds at the wedding, the
bride asked: "What do you see in me?" The
groom replied: "For a lifetime"

2009.08.16 The movie seems to be average. Quite faithful to the original...but this is both its strength and its weakness: the climax of the film is not prominent, and the overall feeling is somewhat trivial and bland; more importantly, it does not show the mental journey of Amir before and after the atonement. Another big flaw is: the little actors are too immature, looking at their cute but dull faces, I often "swoosh" out of the show...

A story of self-redemption. At one time, I hoped that Assef in the original would look like Gary Oldman in "Leon". Helplessly disappointed. . .

The Kite Runner quotes

  • Baba: [regarding the mullahs, who teach that drinking alcohol is a sin] I piss on the beards of all those self-righteous monkeys.

  • Amir: [explaining Sohrab's presence] You see, General Sahib, my father slept with his servant's wife, and she bore him a son named Hassan. Hassan is dead now. That boy sleeping in the other room is Hassan's son. He's my nephew. That's what you tell people when they ask. And one more thing, General Sahib: you will never again refer to him as "a Hazara boy" in my presence. He has a name, and it's Sohrab.
