Maybe everyone has heard of police corruption and political corruption in Brazil. After watching these two films, you will be amazed that it can be so corrupt.
The structure of the two films is the same. Let me talk about the difference between the two films. The plot of the second film has expanded a lot. In the first film, the police are only internal corruption and greedy for a little money. In the second film, the police colluded with politicians. Together, they directly killed the local snakes in the original slums, controlled money and votes, and became a super mafia wrapped under the coat of government.
Although the second part is more exciting in terms of story, I still prefer the first part, which is more real, violent, bloody, and adrenaline. It reminds people of "City of God" in all aspects. "The posters are all the same, this is the real Rio.
I also thought of Indonesia's "Raid 1.2". The first film was also a small-scale, violent and bloody talk about police corruption. The second film was directly made into a gangster film. Like "Elite Force 2", although the plot is good, the flavor is weak.
