The Eye of the Sky, a high-tech drone, allows the army to monitor the every move of terrorists at an altitude of 10,000 meters and thousands of miles away. The advancement of military technology has allowed some people to have a god-like perspective. When you are sneakily planning something, it is no longer "there are gods", but "there are drones".
The film advances the plot is the contradiction between an innocent little girl who sells cakes and a few terrorists.
