The happy ending is still very good. I have missed my sister and children for half my life and finally reunited. I really want to thank Suger for his influence on Celie. If I didn't meet her, I might never see her family. Maybe she will always be bullied by men and swallowed to death. The status of black people, especially black women, is so low, but people have a sense of resistance and an independent spirit. The most angry part is the mayor's wife who keeps claiming to be sympathetic to people of color. Caring for them is actually a dividing line with them that cannot be crossed.
