This is an extremely artistic film. From color to structure, from objects to human body, especially its unique "still life" treatment, as well as several clever camera "switches", director Sean Ellis has an amazing sense of picture.

The plot is concise and neat, and the interspersed jokes add a layer of light veil to the film. The melancholy and quiet male protagonist does not make us feel sad. The whole film is a kind of faint healing feeling, insight into one's own heart and the entire external world. The voice-over monologue also shows this very well.

Looking at it, it feels quite comfortable, worried but not sad, calm but not quiet, happy but not happy, naked but not pornographic, plain and tasteful.

I know that many people prefer the short film of the same name. It is probably a preconceived relationship. After all, everyone can have completely different imagination and play space according to a plot. But I want to say, when you stop and look at it, this is still a pretty good feature film.
