pause

I admit that I'm ignorant, whether it's a feature film or a short film, I hadn't heard of it at all until I downloaded it.
Fortunately, the movie I accidentally downloaded was a surprise.
Yes, I like this movie. I love the story, the actors, and the similarity, the resonance.
Although some of the content is indeed a bit inappropriate for children, it does not reduce the film to a vulgar level. Beautiful actors, beautiful bodies, undeniably infatuated. The kind of beauty that the protagonist is looking for is something that every moviegoer can find.
The main character is also good looking. When I first saw him, I thought it was not only handsome, but also familiar. Later, I learned that he was the actor of Oliver Wood in the "Harry Potter" series. No wonder so kind.
I have also watched a lot of time-themed movies, such as the classic "Butterfly Effect". The difference is that most movies show the passage of time, Cashback creates a still time. The frozen beauty at the moment of freezing is unimaginable for everyone. The essence of this film is also concentrated in those paused moments.
When a person lives on the edge of noise and tranquility, the deepest longing is also most exposed.
The ending is still a bit cliché, but fortunately it didn't affect the overall effect of the film.
The soundtrack to the movie is good. There are several capitals I like. great!

Cashback quotes

  • Ben Willis: Within this frozen world I'm able to walk freely and unnoticed. Nobody would even know that time has stopped. And when it started back up again, the invisible join would be seamless except for a slight shudder. Not unlike the feeling of somebody walking over your grave.

  • Ben Willis: You can speed it up. You can slow it down. You can even freeze a moment, but you can't rewind time. You can't undo what is done. I thought about what she had seen. I thought about what she hadn't seen. I thought about how I could explain, but the more I thought about it, the more I knew nothing I could say would make her anger go away. How long could I just wait here, delaying the inevitable?
