The story begins with the narration of a traffic policeman in Rome, and finally ends with the narration of the traffic policeman. Perhaps the director's intention is that the traffic policeman is the person who is most familiar with the city. Surprisingly, Woody Allen finally allowed himself to appear on the big screen again, followed by his nagging that he transmitted to the actors, haha, I don't know how much time he spent writing his lines. There are several short stories in the movie that happened in Rome. The most impressive one is that of Nenini, which is very ironic and has the same effect as the first story in "Black Mirror".
