The Wrestler & Crazy Heart

I don't know what I'm looking for in this frustrated, depraved, evasive film - of course they all try to change.

The biggest difference between Wrestler and Crazy heart is that W is a dark, oppressive, and breathless mood, and CH at least allows us to see the light. But I prefer W, so I really don't know what exactly I'm expecting.

Wrestling is suicide, but for him it is the only one. Without wrestling, he is nothing; smoking and drinking are also suicide, but for him it is just an act of escaping and ignoring the future. Without tobacco and alcohol, he still has Play the guitar with him.

One is helpless, the other is lost.

The redemption story is a bit cliché, the emotional drama is natural, and it's good to see the life of such a country singer. The actors are all very good, the award-winning eldest brother is especially good, and everyone plays good people, which is very comfortable to watch. The music is very good, and Texas and New Mexico are beautiful, although the superstition is a bit scary, but the housing is cheap, and it's not bad to live there.

Does it mean that a feature film is made like a biographical film?

  • Bad Blake: I don't want to talk about Tommy.

Jean Craddock: All right, what do you want to talk about?

Bad Blake: I wanna talk about how bad you make this room look. I never noticed what a dump it was until you came in here.

    [Chuckling]

Bad Blake: . I haven't seen anybody blush in I don't know how long.

Jean Craddock: I can't help it if my capillaries are close to the skin.

  • Bad Blake: Fucking bowling alley.
