The film really took 65 minutes to tell the story straight, and there appeared a number of passers-by, A, B, C, and D, doing their own things, some people were laughed at, some people laughed at others, some people were running, some people were in love, some people were talking about homosexuality, it was so dull. Scum... And what's even worse than not understanding is that this film is too famous, so I've been spoiled countless times, and countless pieces of information have told me-----"This is a school shooting"
So 65 minutes ahead of me I'm sure I'm more nervous than everyone else.
After reading countless movie reviews, I found a phenomenon: everyone is pretending to be on NMB. But I still found some clues to explain the movie, although I believe that the movie is not explained by common sense at the end.
The first is the title, which comes from an English proverb: When an elephant appears in your bedroom, there must be something between the elephant and the bedroom or yourself that is illusory and unreal. Of course, animals like elephants exist in this objective world, and the bedroom is not a virtual noun. You can't even see it but you can touch it. So this movie uses very real footage to show an unreal event that is also real, and it happened in 1999. It created a new era of school shootings in the United States. Since then, school shootings in the United States have intensified, and there is a very strange phenomenon. The perpetrators of the shootings are not specific groups of people. But somewhere in between, no special incentives can be found. The school can only increase the intensity of psychological counseling for students to avoid such incidents, but the difficulty can be imagined.
I stared at the computer screen for more than an hour and I couldn't find the fuse of the incident, but I could see the intention of the shooter. There is no doubt that they are GAY, but there is absolutely no clue of being oppressed. Only what one of the killers said to the principal can reveal a little possibility of GAY being excluded in this school. Others say they are Nazis, and Nazis are lunatics, and that's the incentive. But I noticed a detail in the film. There was a Nazi film on the TV screen, and one of the shooters asked the other shooter: "What program is this? Is it from Germany?" It made me really hard to believe that they were Nazis, It's like the current leaders of our country see Chairman Mao and ask: Is this a program about China? Although the gunman said at the end of the killing: "Everyone who opposes the Nazis should die." I prefer to believe that this is the gunman's own boring excuse. There are also audiences who judged from the killer who made a FUCK gesture to the sheet music after playing the piano, but try to think about it, you always fail to do one thing well. Won't scold TMD to vent?
So I finally have to come to a conclusion: the two killers are because of boredom, because they are dissatisfied with life and can't find the reason and exit. During adolescence, there should always be dissatisfaction, and there is always no way to find an exit. Although this film has a different narrative structure, pointing all the time axis to one point in time, it may create the illusion of a "quiet explosion" for the audience, but I still feel bored more strongly. Such an exciting subject can be made into an American action film, but the director did not. One of the reasons is that the director wants to create an illusion of "illusion" in the audience, "This must be an illusion, this must be an illusion, this must be an illusion ..." When you think that way, the director is halfway there. And when you really feel bored and shocked, the director's interpretation of adolescence is the other half.
In the film, the two shooters said before hitting the road: "The most important thing is to have fun."
So they went on the road to prepare for customs clearance, and went to HAVE FUN peacefully~ Life is not exciting enough, and they need to do something. In the film, there is a scene of a black man in a yellow coat. This black man is a powerful interpretation of the word "duck butt"! I am not surprised to see someone running; I am not surprised when I see someone falling to the ground; I am not surprised to see a locker burning; I am not surprised to see someone dead and someone alive, quietly send the living away and continue on their own. Go to Discovery; I saw the gunman pointing a gun at the principal. I saw his expression as if he wanted to go up and say what's up... Until he was shot, he lay down peacefully without humming a word. Now... Some viewers said that he wanted to find the murderer, and a kind of selfless spirit was at work. But where did he look like he was going to find the murderer? ? ! ! It's more like going for a dog walk...
everything is like DISCO with the music turned off, and the supposedly intense shots are bland. Some of the people killed have been introduced, some have not been introduced, there are good people and cowards, the only person who has ridiculed the shooter so that the audience can find a little reason to shoot, but in the final scene, the life and death are unknown...dead The ones are dead, and the ones who are alive continue to live. If you don't think of it as a tragedy, it's just that some metal chemical explosives reacted in some muscle tissues, and caused the loss of activity of some neurons, and some A high-decibel vibration occurred, and some heart organs stopped blood supply... It happened so peacefully.
So, let's throw away those outdated movie viewing concepts, everyone is here to spend more than an hour bored and comfortable.
