The first blood series can also be said to be my childhood. When I was 8 years old, I watched "First Blood 1" with my father. Because only one person died accidentally in the first full play, my father allowed it. I watched it with him, and it can be said that Stallone was also the first tough guy character I came into contact with. His determined eyes and muscles were really cool, and the fast, accurate, and ruthless killing methods in the later films were even more enjoyable.
I only found out that there is a fifth film later. I thought that the fourth film was over, but when I was looking for an action movie today, I suddenly discovered the existence of the fifth film, so I quickly came down to see it.
Judging from the title of "First Blood 5: The Last Blood", this should really be the last one. After all, Rambo is in his seventies, and his body may not be able to bear it. Of course, he still maintains a good figure and unchanged. look!
After reading the introduction, I thought it was a routine like "Hurricane Rescue" at first. The beloved daughter was arrested, and the father slaughtered the Quartet, successfully saving the beloved daughter and destroying the black organizations one by one. But after reading it, it was obvious that there was a difference.
To be honest in the film, the real battle is concentrated in the last 20 minutes. The foreplay takes a whole hour to narrate. Generally, it only takes 15 minutes to explain the background of the action movie, and the rest is the pursuit of the protagonist. But it took an hour to develop the background in three parts.
The first part is that the flood hits first. Rambo went to rescue the trapped people as a long-term volunteer, but he failed to save everyone, just like in the war, "I failed to rescue them, just like my comrades in the war. Same", which shows Rambo struggling with Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) after returning from Vietnam.
Then the heroine appeared. The heroine was not Rambo's daughter, but the daughter of his old friend, but the old friend abandoned them. It was Rambo who raised her. It can be said that she is also the role of the father. Time to feel the past, present and future, and then the heroine proposed to go to Mexico. Anyone who knows what kind of country Mexico is, so Rambo must have refused, but everyone understands that the heroine will definitely sneak away. The movie gives a long time here to reflect the reactions of the two people. .
The second part is that the heroine goes to Mexico alone (the US-Mexico border is so easy), finds her former "friend", and finds her biological father through her friends. However, the heroine's father said some scumbag words, which hurt the heroine Afterwards, a "friend" took her to a nightclub to borrow alcohol to relieve her worries, in fact, she sold the heroine to a local black organization. At this point, the main role of the heroine is over.
The third part is the highlight of the bloody violence. Rambo learned that the heroine went to Mexico privately, and then drove to find it by himself. Rambo is still so ruthless. If he can't ask a question, he will give you a knife directly. If he can't answer two questions, he will torture you severely. The part that breaks the collarbone with his bare hands and pulls it out really hurts me. But Rambo may be old. He went deep into the enemy's line and was discovered by the other side. The last part of humiliating and beating Rambo was really annoying. Back then, he was armed with an m60 to kill the Quartet and an m2 to kill dozens of enemies. Ah, if it wasn't for the help of that reporter, maybe it would have died tragically in a Mexican favela.
Unlike "Hurricane Rescue", the father killed the Quartet and successfully rescued the daughter before she was humiliated, which also made the audience accept it a little. And this heroine was taken care of by the other party and was forced to take drugs and prostitute until Rambo rescued her and could be said to be dead. These foreshadowings are also to stimulate Rambo's heart of revenge. In the later stage of the battle, Rambo resorted to all tactics, just for revenge, revenge without any worries!
Rambo went back to the old days. Killing was never soft, clean and neat. The pictures were violent and bloody. It really hurt to look at the lower body with a hammer. He cut off the head of the other's brother with one knife, and lured them to come to the familiar and already arranged. Good farm, and then crazy hunting, Rambo once again turned into a hunter, using the killing skills learned in the Vietnamese jungle, especially in the tunnels, to hunt down enemies, very bloody and refreshing, beheading, headshots, organs, landmines, The trap, arguably the bloodiest part of the entire series, finally nailed the boss to the door, cut open his chest with a knife, took out his heart, and splattered blood all over his body, only to let out a breath.
In the end, revenge was enough, but the tunnel was gone and the farm was in ruins. Rambo, who was still fierce as a wolf in front of him, was shot twice in his body, as if he were getting old in an instant, he walked slowly to the house, and lay down on the reclining chair his father once lay down under the sunset. No Rambo since then.
