If there are no diamonds, why do you need to work on porcelain?

pulpy.

From the plot to the actors, not to mention the shots and pictures, it is completely the product of gimmicks. Originally, a short film was eye-catching, but I had to make a feature film with the help of VR. There was nothing new in audio-visual style, narrative skills, and pictures.

Lens/picture
1. The problem of picture stabilization. The change of the position of the human eye will be processed by the brain to ensure the stability of the position of the objective object and the horizon. However, the image of the camera simulating the human eye cannot do this, and the shaking is so severe that it causes a sense of dizziness. The film does not try to solve this problem, and the effect is worse than the first-person perspective game.
2. Since the film needs to achieve the so-called first-person perspective, the size and position of the camera are more limited. The result is a low-quality picture (not just sharpness issues), and the wide-angle lens used is also uncomfortable to see. At the expense of most of the image aesthetics.
3. In order to complete the narrative of the "first point of view", additional adjustments should be made in screen transitions and camera switching. This film takes advantage of Herry's robot settings and uses screen glitches to make some demonstrations. This is probably the only thing worth mentioning in the entire film. But more of it is hard-cutting the lens under the shaking picture, and it is not done well, and you can see it with a little attention.

Narrative
1. The advantage of a first-person game lies in its greater operability and immersion. This is similar to VR, but VR has a high degree of freedom to increase immersion. Movies have no way of interacting with the audience, so they only talk about immersion. Has the film made it feel better?
2. Comparing a single-player game that is also a story with a movie, the advantage of the game's narrative effect lies in the immersion brought by the interaction, which further creates the illusion that the player "makes a choice" and strengthens the appeal of the plot. The sandbox world and open ending are one of the charms of the game. Personally, I think this is also an attempted direction for the future development of film narratives.

Incorporating the first person into the movie can certainly do better. The so-called hot, bloody, it is better to say simple and rude. This film is just a messy R-rated film.
