At the beginning of the movie, in an unpopular karaoke hall, the singer performed on the stage, but the audience below was half-hearted, and almost no one listened to the singer on the stage. Even the applause was full of perfunctory. Because she bumped into her lover and killed her, she was chased by her lover. The police hid her in the monastery. Because she could not bear the ordinary life of the monastery, she slipped out of the bar to play, and was caught by the abbot and ordered her to sing in the choir. Unexpectedly, this allows the protagonist to find the joy of life.
Be the music conductor for the nuns who sing at different levels, instruct them to sing, and the more they sing, the better they are. At first, they attract people from the roadside to the church, and finally the Pope comes to listen to their singing and achieves themselves.
The exaggerated dress up and dance hall singing work before did not make her very happy. But the ascetic life in the monastery gave her spiritual satisfaction. When she led the choir of nuns to glory step by step, I read the firmness in her eyes, and in her behavior, I felt her happiness, yes Heartfelt happiness radiating from the inside out. It should be the sense of accomplishment that you get when you fully devote yourself to the activities you love, and the gratification of being recognized and praised by others. The same is singing, one cannot get the respect and affirmation of others, and the other is recognized and praised by others.
Returning to life, truly happy work has nothing to do with money or material things. It's how much sense of achievement you can get from it, and really get the recognition and respect of others.
