I watched Maleficent 1 a long time ago and thought it was pretty good, and I watched the second part with great interest today. The whole show gives a feeling of powerlessness.
1. The role of the prince in the play should also be an adult with normal intelligence. After the guards picked the undead flower, they didn't notice it during the process of preparing weapons in the entire castle... an outsider? (I didn't know until the battle entered the white-hot stage. If it wasn't for the princess's success in breaking the window, I guess I wouldn't know it...it's also a talent)
2. During the confrontation between Mary Fessen and the Queen's Tower, the little princess is really a sage, a capitalized suit! It directly led to the witch having to pay for coins to resurrect...?
3. The war between the two sides is based on the disharmony under the living space, and the feud has been explained in the play for a long time. For the sake of a harmonious finale in the later period, you actually made the birdmen feel pity for the enemy (human) in the battle?
4. People are also dead, and birds are also dead. In a blink of an eye, get married and celebrate. (It doesn't matter, everyone is a tool person, and the happiness of the prince and princess is the core of your wait)
5. Mary Feather does not know the existence of the same kind in the play, but the queen does. And it seems that there are ghosts in the birdmen. The queen also knows when the birdmen are going to attack humans and set up a pollen array?
In short, I feel that there are many places where the special effects are cool and finished. Don't think about it, you will feel uncomfortable when you think about it...
And I'm trying to analyze the world from another angle. Humans and Birdmen are two different races. Fight for living space. The way to reconcile contradictions is through marriage, which is indeed a good way. But in reality, I think it is impossible to achieve substantial peace, or there are three situations: 1. Birdman maintains the status quo and continues to be his "protective animal" 2. Human sacrifices interests to make concessions 3. Fight until one party perishes. This is like the situation in the world but it is different. Different countries in the world today have various differences due to culture, ethnicity and belief. The world described in the film belongs to an alien race. (Imagine Rise of the Planet of the Apes is similar) So there is no real peace unless Confucianism penetrates the hearts of people all over the world... And the boss queen in the film, maybe she is a scheming negative character in the film . But in terms of national interests, she has a strongman who leads the country to prosperity. It is understandable to eliminate the factors of instability in the interest of the country. Sacrificing private interests for national interests is also worthy of recognition. Some people may say that the queen honestly accepted Marie Phaeson at the first meeting before marriage, and it will be fine after that. It is true that if there is only Marie Phaeson in Birdman, then this choice is the most correct choice. After all, Marie Phaeson is alone. It does not involve the most crucial point of contradiction. It can also resolve conflicts with a single powerful enemy. However, if the problem is examined from the perspective of the bird-people group, then the key contradictions are highlighted, and only the three results mentioned above can be selected.
This is the first time I wrote a film review and I practiced my writing. It was very sloppy. I hope to improve in the future
