The movie starts off really flat. When Damian discovered the molting project and went to the research institute to see the body to which he was about to transfer his soul, his entanglement began to attract my attention.
Such sci-fi films generally tend to pursue a sense of picture impact. And the phantom seems to have deliberately done the opposite, choosing New Orleans, a place where jazz is flooded, to start Damian's life. The bright and pleasant accompaniment of jazz and tap dancing makes the movie quite pleasing to the eye and a highlight. The rhythm is also well grasped, without procrastination, but further into the theme.
The plot will not be repeated after that. But this is a "fault-free" commercial about human nature.
