From the heart

I like this movie.
Taking advantage of the time of making dumplings, watching while making dumplings, I watched a movie all afternoon unconsciously.
From "Eleven Arhats" and "Black Dahlia" to this "From the Heart", I have to admit, this is my favorite movie.
Some say it's a sad movie.
However, I think this is a very powerful movie.
This power comes from that heart.

Taking the 9/11 incident as the background premise, it describes a man who became a PTSD patient after his family was killed in the 9/11 incident. I thought this point of entry was very epochal.
As for how to help the male protagonist recognize his own trauma and slowly accept and face it, this is definitely not a matter of a while, nor is it a matter of one or two well-meaning people who do not necessarily have to be careful. Pull the patient out.

The second male protagonist in the story, as Charlie's former classmate, appears in his life. Although on the surface, he wanted to help Charlie out of the shadows. In fact, while helping others, he is also healing himself.

I am very happy that in the end, they can all come out and face the truth or cruelty.
Life is not easy, the world is not peaceful,
and for each of us,
what we need to learn
is this sentence,
start from the heart!

In fact, beautiful splendid happy warm ... there are many!
