After watching episodes 1-2, I was impressed by two points: 1. During the rookie season, the gang leader Joe was reluctant to smoke marijuana and play with women in the hotel room with his teammates, and usually did not like to go to nightclubs. Work out most of the time and rest. It's not easy for a newcomer to not be brought down in such an environment. 2. During the game, the players do not work hard and want to give up when they fall behind at the end. But he didn't want to give up. The newcomer didn't have the right to speak, so he used his actions to boost morale and immediately became the team leader. In the final season, when his teammates couldn't keep up physically and the defense was lazy, he used words to motivate him, and even bluntly said that he didn't care if everyone left. The air of the king, I don't care about you, I can win whoever plays with me by my side, you will get out if you don't play hard.
