Why is this not a good movie?

The theme of failure, lack of military common sense, and terrible battle scenes make it a terrible movie.

The following is an evaluation of a female veteran who has served in the military for 24 years:

"GI Jane" does have some good features, such as the setting of the scene and the performance of the actors. I found that this movie tried to express the idea that female soldiers can be competent in combat positions, but the facts are just the opposite. If what the director wants is to prove that women can be competent in traditional male positions, tasks, and training fields, then this film should retain female gender characteristics. I mean, until she shaved her hair (shorter than men’s hair—not necessary at all), her fat dropped sharply beyond normal levels and she became amenorrhea, and she gradually became "one of the boys." Member", O'Neil was successful. The problem is that she is a female, not a male, and she does not need to be a "male" to prove that she can act with other males. This is clearly reflected in her shouting to Sergeant: "Suck my dick". Since she is a female, there is no such thing. She also doesn't need such a thing to prove she can do it.

Another point is that her conversations during the torture were very absurd. The goal of the mission is to survive, if not, the mission will fail. Taunting, talking big, and arguing with the kidnappers are great taboos. Her "I'm sorry, should I feel scared?" will make her die miserably. No student can be tougher than the instructor. It is incredibly stupid to focus all the unpleasant attention on one person in that situation, it is not tough at all. Nevertheless, her worst performance was: "I'm going in", really cliché...

Incredible utopian film

forging the training of the SEAL troops is easy. The climax of the whole movie seems to be the flesh and blood of Demi Moore being beaten by the instructor. Blurred, while other soldiers were onlookers. She stood up, yelled "suck my dick" to swear her virtual sex in order to show the highest level of insult to the instructor, and then became a respected "male".

Whenever there is a training that most people will not pass, the way this movie deals with it is that men will really pay attention to a good looking woman among them. This feminist propaganda turned into a sensational Hollywood entertainment, turning GI Jane into another racist who could kill the Arabs in a secret operation in Libya.

  • Master Chief John Urgayle: Pain is your friend, your ally, it will tell you when you are seriously injured, it will keep you awake and angry, and remind you to finish the job and get the hell home. But you know the best thing about pain?

    Lt. Jordan O'Neil: Don't know!

Master Chief John Urgayle: It lets you know you're not dead yet!
