The first reaction after watching "Summer Friends Sunny Day" is: I will always love Pixar.
After thinking about it carefully, it reminds me of a sentence I once read: People nowadays always use reversal, intention, etc. to express their splendor in writing, but novels originally exist only to touch soft hearts.
And "Summer Friends Sunny Day" is such a "return to nature" animation. It was shot for children to see, it is a very pure childlike feeling. It's not a cashmere blanket, or a silk quilt, but the clothes that my grandmother in the small town brought in from the yard early in the summer. It's nothing special, but it just smells like sunshine, and it can give everyone a sense of peace of mind.
In fact, this is enough. It is not necessary for every film to give people the ideological guidance on "life and death" and "the value and meaning of life" like "CoCo" and "Spiritual Journey". I just finished watching "Summer Friends Sunny Day" so easily, and then before going to bed at night I thought, "How about trying the pasta with green sauce another day?"
This is the reason why family movies are often cartoons in the beginning!
Where is the animation industry developed? Japan. Which country animation should I watch for my kids?
"Pixar. They're bearded uncles who dream of kids."
