i don't understand why there are people who are against this film and said really evil words about it. i, myself, think it is awesome and classic. i don't really have that kind of feeling of loosing someone forever in my life yet, but i can absolutely understand the message the director is trying to tell us through us. the scene that struck me most is when the little boy heard the message saying 'are you there' for nine times and ending with a long beep with the building falling picture in the TV and the boy kneed down, crushed. the boy's effort are not totally in vain, he found back his mom's love and i believe he could actually hear his father's voice extremely loud and incredibly close. love is just like that .

Stephen Dedley is finally getting a taste of what it's like to fail to earn plaudits this time around, and that's definitely not a bad thing for a director who has always had a smooth ride. Whether the subject matter is sensitive or the expectations are too high, I personally don’t think it can be the culprit of such controversy. After all, the quality of this film has indeed declined compared to its previous works.
