The main actor, Will, is a judge of a town, and the best marshal. People admire him. However, just after he and his wife, Amy's marriage, he had known that someone had whom been put into the jail by Will 5 years ago. Now, he had been freed and came to this town to kill Will.
First, most of the people live in the town asked Will and his wife Amy to run away from the town. But Will turned back to the down and decided to have a fight with prisoner. However, when Will asked people in the town to help him, all of the people rejuct him without lots of excues. At last, nobody helped him. At last, he fought with those 4 bad guys and he won.
You could never image all the story happened in an hour. It is said that the film shoot for 80mimutes and the film played 80 mimutes, other words, we saw a real time film~
It is a good film to see and you will learn a lots. Professor Paul said to us, remember some behaviour on the film shows human beings' nature and the film was made in 1952. A special time, we need to know the background which will have a better understanding of the film.
