I'd rather go back to the movies! In fact, I also went to watch "Ip Man 1" when it was released. The first impression was that there was such a person in Foshan. Speaking of shame, after living in Foshan for more than ten years, I never knew such a person existed. I only learned about it after watching a movie. I believe that many Foshan people around me are like this. Of course, I am not here to say that Ye Wen is wrong, I just want to say that it is not that we people are not familiar with the local history, but that because of Ye Wen's nature, he is not known to the public.
From the portrayal of the movie, we can see an Ip Man who goes on adventures and struggles for his family, friends, and apprentices, an Ip Man who always behaves with humility, and an Ip Man who is willing to be ordinary. Perhaps, it is the existence of such a Ye Wen, and not many people know him in real life. It was his willingness to be ordinary that a generation of masters appeared.
I think the two "Ip Man" before and after I feel are just four words: quite satisfactory. I'm not saying that martial arts is not good, nor that literary drama is bad. I think the performances of the actors are remarkable. But once I got entangled with Ip Man, the great master of this generation, I felt that the film was not done well enough.
I think Ip Man created by the director is too beautiful. As I said earlier, Ip Man was not recognized by people before the film was released because of Ip Man's own characteristics, and he was willing to be ordinary. Ip Man is indeed great, but I always feel that the movie puts a small thing into a big one. No one is perfect, no matter how good people are, they will have shortcomings or things will not do well, but the movie always emphasizes Ye Wen is good, I think at least it makes me feel that Ye Wen has been deified and has become farther away from us.
We also ignore the authenticity of the content of the movie to watch the movie, and will also be affected by the patriotic sentiment inside. Before lining up to enter, I heard someone say: "Watching this kind of movie will make you very patriotic." I thought it was very funny at the time. You have to watch a movie to be patriotic, so you don't love it if you don't watch it before? I'm not talking about seeing if Ip Man makes us patriotic. But at the end of the movie, when Ye Wen hit the Western boxing champion, everyone in the audience applauded. I don't know if the applause was for the brilliance of the movie or for Ye Wen's patriotism, but I did it for My own patriotism sounded, because at that moment I was moved.
The most moving thing about the movie is that he combined many small characters to give us a sense of the greatness of patriotism. It turned out that it was the little people who moved us all the time. But I always felt that patriotism only appeared in those 109 minutes. This is also the film can not give us a long-term impact, we will always get away.
Speaking of which, I think it's better to come to Foshan to watch "Ip Man" and feel the atmosphere of the home court.
