If you want to understand September 11, 2001 from a respectful perspective, I recommend you to watch this film, although, after watching it, there is a feeling that you don’t want to watch it again I feel, but I still watched it three times, because it is so touching that those who sacrificed for the motherland deserve to be called heroes.
On that dark day, just as Americans were about to start their day, they didn't know that disaster was coming. Terrorists hijacked four planes, American Airlines 11, United Airlines 175, United Airlines 93 and American Airlines 77, of which American Airlines 11 collided On the North Tower of the World Trade Center, United Airlines 175 hit the South Tower of the United States World Trade Center, and American Airlines 77 hit the West Wing of the Pentagon. Only United Airlines 93 did not hit the reservation target and crashed in Pennsylvania.
The story begins in a hotel where one terrorist says to another: Let's go, it's time. In this way, the film begins with a tense atmosphere:
the airport in New York is always so busy, it is very noisy every day, and the planes take off and land one after another. . . Everything seemed so peaceful.
In the air traffic control center in Boston, the air traffic controller maintained the stability over the United States as in the past, "American Airlines 11, Boston Center, good morning." An air traffic controller called American Airlines 11, "Boston Center, American Airlines 11 received it, and it is rising to 14,000 feet." This seemingly ordinary sentence became the last normal call on American Airlines 11.
Over time, the Air Traffic Control Center could no longer contact American Airlines 11, and the Air Traffic Control Center suspected a hijacking. . .
United 93 took off, and a "smooth" trip began.
8:46:40 a.m.: American Airlines 11 hits the North Tower of the World Trade Center.
Then, terrorists hijacked United Airlines 175. At 9:02:54, United Airlines 175 hit the South Tower of the World Trade Center.
At 9:37, another hijacked plane, American Airlines 77, hit the Pentagon. . .
At this time, United Airlines 93 in the air has been hijacked. The terrorist stabbed the captain to death and took control of the plane. Their target is Washington.
It's a suicidal operation, they won't land the plane. The passengers on the plane knew this, so an operation to save themselves began. The man on the plane, using everything that could be used as a weapon, rushed to the terrorist with the bomb and took the bomb.
"We have no way out, there is no way out!" The passengers rushed into the cabin and tried to grab the control stick, but helplessly, the plane lost control and finally fell to the ground in Pennsylvania. No one on board survived.
I am impressed by their courage. I feel that people have the courage to sacrifice their lives for justice. The passengers on United Airlines 93 did not sit still like the passengers on the other three planes. They resisted, they resisted! They are true heroes!
This movie made me re-examine the 9/11 incident from another angle. I realized the justice in the shadow of terror, realized the courage of human beings, and let me see the greatness of human beings!
Finally, I express my condolences to those who passed away on 9/11, and at the same time, I am impressed by your courage!
