I watched it with my friends at the cinema when it first came out
Great checkup
The writers set up a lot of coincidences when shaping the characters of the six game members and their story backgrounds. In the process of the game, players gradually discovered that the designer of the game had embedded many secrets of their past lives in various details. In fact, they were designed to take part in the game, and although they appear to be strangers, they all have one thing in common - super lucky "disaster survivors", all have "post-traumatic stress disorder" (PTSD). This clue not only triggered the constant reversal in the second half of the film, but also indirectly allowed the sequel to surface. (No more spoilers here) All in all, "Escape Room" is a pretty good suspense thriller. Its positioning is clear, and it has a good execution in the direction it should focus on.
