another world

I was planning to pass this one after watching the trailer. I haven't seen the original, so I don't know if these -- "monsters" for now -- look like they should, but it always feels like, well, it's full of Disney vibes -- the Little Dragon Man version of Disney. It's not my dish anyway.

Who called RTT full! People also went to the cinema, so they just found a movie with a similar time to enter. This place is 70% full, and it's actually all adults~~~

The French translation of this film is called Max Et Les Maximonstres, which is a great translation. On the other side of the mountain, on the other side of the sea, those animals are all of us.

You can't ask too much from the movie, just like it's impossible to say that a girl has face, body, knowledge, and a strong personality and kindness. This is too much. Science fiction films only need to do a good job of stunts, romance films only need beautiful protagonists, action films only need to be playful, and 007 only needs to have famous watches and beautiful cars - even if they have basic points. Children's films, as long as adults recall our childhood, the basic score will be there.

So I gave the film a basic score.

When we were young, we also longed to care, and occasionally acted arbitrarily, feeling that no one in this world knew us, and that only in our own world would be safe and have friends. Alice's Dreamland, Peter Pan's Neverland, and The Little Prince's Planet are all worlds like this, but some people can go back to reality, some people can never grow up in another world, and some can't go back .

Timid, grumpy, melancholy, these are Max's doppelgangers, a part of him. The part that is sad because of being ignored by my sister, the part that is angry because of being ignored by my mother, the part that is afraid of being alone, the part that feels not understood, and the part that is silent. Fortunately, Max went back, understood and accepted himself, and believed that someone was waiting for him in another world, what a lucky child.

American kids, really. Also shoot with this home camera angle. American movies.

To be honest... Although I knew that it was to match Max's clothes, it seemed that Max was indeed one of them, so I used this look like wearing a hood, but I was really uncomfortable. There's also KW's blues, Judith's "bad", Carol's intermittent madness, there are just too many unexplainable plot developments.

When I found myself responding to what was wrong with this story, I couldn't go back.

The kid who plays Max, whose real name is Max Records, has blue eyes and a rose-like skin, reminds me of Macaulay Culkin, who is not even a few years older than us, and once had such an angelic face - he is blond, so he looks more dreamy and angelic . This kind of child can inspire motherhood, you want to hold him in your arms, tell him stories, see his sleeping face, tell him that everything is fine in this world, and everyone loves him. But back to reality, they will cry with this angel face, make all kinds of unreasonable demands with this angel face, and ask many stupid questions with this angel face.

Then when you grow up, you will no longer be like an angel.

I'm just a bad adult.
