Learn to Grow in the Realm of Monsters

Watching the trailer, such a gripping movie, I thought it would be a movie that made me cry. But the simplicity of the storyline and some sensational plots made me a little disappointed.
It only takes 5 minutes to read. A 6-minute-long animated short is available online. A very simple story, the disobedient little boy returned after a naughty night, there is no plot. Turning such a story into a 100-minute movie, giving him a reason to be naughty, and giving him a plot of the kingdom of the beasts, if there is a story, but not too far from the original, is really difficult. Therefore, although the script itself has nothing new, it is not unsatisfactory to be able to achieve this level.
However, there are also surprising highlights. The beast is actually the incarnation of max life, and everything symbolizes a character. Such a setting is considered to be new. carol is the crazy max himself, goat monster is the lonely max himself, KW is the sister who has his own friend (the owl) and ignores his sister, and Judith is the mom (you can't do that back to me! The typical adult talking to the child tone). . . . In the kingdom of monsters, under the thick fur, Max knew himself, understood others, and learned to grow.
inside all of us there is hope, the hope of being loved
inside all of us there is fear, fear of being left alone.
inside all of us, there is a wild thing.
Have to say the costum of those monsters. The big monster, overseen by Jim Henson who created the muppets, is just too good. The rich expressions and dialogues are just right, making people feel that there is no flaw.
In addition, the little boy who plays max is very beautiful. The music is also lovely. Finally, let me say that, although the ad has imax, it is really not worth it for this film. The big screen dazzled people and made me yawn. It's ok for the usual show, don't go to imax
