You say purple is as beautiful as summer, but you don't see the bugs in it

"Florida Paradise", the title is thought to be a comedy full of childlike fun, but in fact, like the Magic Castle Motel, it is dressed in candy purple, but it is full of bugs.

Innocent children, swear words and outrageous jokes, it all seemed out of place, full of uncomfortable dissonance. The scenes of Moni and her mother shopping together, taking a bath, selling perfume for a living, and playing in the rain are full of mother-daughter joy, but how can children understand the rain in the hearts of adults? In other words, children are too beautiful creatures, they can always find fun in boredom, and see hope in despair, just like Moni taking Jane Xi to see the rainbow after the rain, and to the tree that "though it fell down" , but still did not stop growing" the big tree has a soft spot.

Bobby, as the almost only male character in the film, is a good old man who cares about the interests of the tenants in the hotel and has special care for the mother and daughter. He's gentle enough to be nice to birds, but can be tough with strange strangers and mom's guests. A cigarette at night is his greatest solace in relieving the fatigue of the day. Throughout the film he only lights cigarettes when night falls, and the only time he smokes during the day is when Moni is about to be taken away. Moni breaks free from the social worker's arms, her mother breaks down and yells "fuck you", and a pair of newly formed friendships rush to Disney, which is mentioned throughout the film but never appears. Maybe the ending is too sad to describe. We all have fairytale fantasies of living a good life, but life does sometimes make you want to yell "fuck you".
