Poisoned by Sherlock Holmes

In May, I basically read the complete works of Sherlock Holmes. After reading it, I felt that it was really a huge project. Then look for related movies. Then this week I'm looking at basic deduction. It feels modern and stunning to me. After all, Conan Doyle wrote his novels around the 20th century, more than 100 years ago. In the novels, the author adheres to the rational principles of the Enlightenment movement and shapes Sherlock Holmes into a highly scientific and precise instrument that basically suppresses personal emotions. Sherlock Holmes made no mistakes and knew almost all of the case by approaching the crime scene. However, this is not true after all. This TV series makes up for the lack of the original. Sherlock Holmes is more human. He has flaws and weaknesses, and he makes mistakes. As for Watson becoming a woman, I don't think it's necessary to struggle too much. What Holmes needs is a partner, not a man or a woman. I think the screenwriter's changes to the story have been very successful. Almost all of them are new stories. This kind of innovative spirit is hard to see in domestic TV dramas. This drama is not considered a top-notch work in American dramas, and it is also of the soap opera level, but it is much better than that in our own country.
