A touch of little warmth, a little touch of warmth

I don't know when it started, I fell in love with this kind of light film. It's
not sensational, it's not pretentious, and
it's a bland story. It seems to have no ups and downs, no climax, and
a very smooth development. It's like a quietly flowing stream, no rainy season or dry season , there is not enough water, but there is no obstruction
and it feels like a satin waterfall
or a waterfall-like silky cloth
the friendship betweem an old jewish woman and an old black man
The background of the story is probably Atlanta during World War II
with some Chinese elements Among them, there seems to be news of the Chinese battlefield on the radio
and four old ladies playing mahjong, "one dot" "nine dot" "five bamboo" is very cute scene
"ma jhong" seems to mean "harmony"* ^-^*
As usual, there is the embarrassment of the son mixed with the mother-in-law and the daughter-in-law,
but there is no quarrel, only mutual dissatisfaction and those mean little sentences, which make people laugh.

I like the tone of the whole film, the feeling is clean and bright, but there is no bright frivolity , The heavy feeling of oil painting
seems familiar. After thinking about it for a long time, I finally remembered that it was the Van Gogh
that I loved, especially the Yulan of the tree,
who also liked the soundtrack of the film. This kind of musical instrument is here because of its suppressed tone. It
seems to be just right, it has a bright feeling out of
thin
air idyllic style, white rattan tables and chairs, white cabinets with lovely shutter doors
and wallpapers of flowers and plants, but what I like is the small flowers on a white background, and it is a larger cluster of flowers on the bottom of beige gray
The old lady's clothes and headgear are very elegant, I like this feeling, clean and meticulous

. The warmth in the last part of Thanksgiving I really like
is the simple dialogue
"how are you"
"I am doing my best"
"me too"
is It's so simple, your nose is hot and your eyes
are wet. This movie won't make you cry to your heart's content, but there is a touch from the bottom of your heart. It hurts like being picked by a fine needle.

I like the one after the synagogue was bombed Mutual
understanding between the two of them.
Supporting each other in difficult times.
Silently, the feelings that are not expressed
are sincere, which makes people move

. Adula is a lovely maid.
It seems that many films will have such supporting roles
. Loyal, but not forgiving. People, always have understanding words
and masters are like family
. Their departure is dull
but heartache I would like to praise morgan freeman for his acting skills like his accent and laughter like his kindness and cunning like his little humor have a few questions why there are two single beds in my mother's house? Why is it mentioned that the picky housewife and daughter-in-law became MPs? Progress in feminism?

Will watch this film entirely for Morgan Freeman. After watching it, I am very grateful to myself for watching it, because it is a very good film, and each character can bring me warmth, but the film is not limited to this, there are some racial issues involved and random speculation among people (Gossip psychology), it is still worth thinking about.

Driving Miss Daisy quotes

  • [Hoke and Miss Daisy are talking about how he can't read]

Daisy Werthan: You know your letters don't you?

Hoke Colburn: Oh yeah, yeah I know my ABC's pretty good, just can't read.

Daisy Werthan: Stop saying that you're making me mad! If you know your letters you can read. You just don't know you can read.

    Hoke Colburn: Maam?

Daisy Werthan: I taught some of the stupidest children God ever put on the face of this earth and all of them could read well enough to find a name on a tombstone.

  • [after Florene storms out when Katie Bell makes a mistake]

Boolie Werthan: Don't worry Katie Bell, it's not QUITE the end of the world.
