Which comes first, as a human being? The mental existence or the physical one? Jean-Do seems to have given a perfect example.
Without the physical ability to act, he literally has to rely on other people to do whatever he wants to do . Yet, he is respected and loved because of his mind -- the only two things he preserved, imagination and memory.
These two things are probably the most beautiful in the world, and with such a beautiful mind, Jean-Do was able to create a miracle. And that's why human beings are able to dominate the planet of earth, probably. And perhaps it is such a beautiful mind that has been the goal of all of us, otherwise, why are all the 6 billion of us here for ?
However, without physical mobility, a sole mind couldn't last long. Jean-Do died only 10 days after his book got published. Mind is just as weak as it is strong...it is the most powerful, like it is the most incapable in the world...
