The education model is very thoughtful

As a freshman who just graduated from a high school that is known for its rigor and high enrollment rate, I really have a genuine sense of horror after watching this movie. Maybe my knowledge is too shallow to describe my opinion with more accurate language and facts, at least the following is my personal experience after watching the movie.

I remember when I was still in high school, every day was a torment. A complex and demanding grading system, frequent and boring exams, ranking conversations that hurt self-esteem, and irresistible school rules. We mock the school as a prison and live and study carefully every day. I remember myself at that time, always looking forward to such a day one day.

After the college entrance examination, I got a high score and was admitted to the university. I found that every high school alumni around me had a kind of gratitude and nostalgia for their alma mater. They posted stories, posted on Moments, and warned juniors and juniors to cherish high school life, because after college, there is no teacher to take care of you, and life is like a headless fly. Yes, this is a true portrayal of my life now. I even miss the harsh discipline of high school a little bit, because I was always in college, wondering what I was doing.

I used to think of myself as an independent person, despite growing up in a collectivist culture. I do have some thoughts and hobbies that are different from those around me. I advocate freedom of personality. I once dreamed of how to enrich my life, how many hobbies and hobbies I cultivate, and how many meaningful things I can do after the college entrance examination. The me below, an empty skin that has basically not been put into action. I often wonder, why is this?

When watching the first half of the movie, I basically laughed, what is this, I have experienced more cruelty. We grew up in a collectivist model, even in a more extreme and harsh high school, for one goal - high scores in the college entrance examination, strict discipline, unity, and stifling all interests, love, and even individuality. and struggle. Finally, when we got our wish, we are grateful for it, for this model with the characteristics of a tyranny and dictatorship. This shows that under certain conditions, some elements of autocratic dictatorship can play a good role. For example, proper discipline can promote collective unity. Say I am an example. But when we go to college, we are accustomed to the collectivist model, we don't know how to cultivate the so-called individuality, and the four years of college are wasted in lazy play. This is really scary. It’s not that we don’t know how to learn, we don’t have the ability, the collectivism of the Chinese people is a little too much, so that most of the children we cultivate have lost the driving force of life. After the college entrance examination, everything happens.

This is probably why, so many students don't know what to study in college, waste time on majors they don't like, and after graduation, they can only find an ordinary job and live a mediocre life.

What is the democracy we are after? I'm afraid most people in the country don't understand. Everyone knows that equality and freedom of individuality are all talk on paper. Because our educational model does not allow us enough space to cultivate self-awareness, even if there is, it is a chaotic fuzzy state, floating, and can only find a sense of identity by stripping away the self. A simple example is the so-called fairness of the college entrance examination. Everyone knows that their high scores will be honored and praised. Even if they are better at other majors, they will devote themselves to the study of the college entrance examination subjects, because only in this way will society return to normal. Recognition is simply a mode of direct violence. We don't know what we do that will be recognized, it's society's problem.

It will take many years of hard work for us to achieve the current democracy in the West. It is scary to think about how long the so-called socialism will last.

Whether you want to admit it or not, this is an inescapable fact in human nature. People want to find powerful forces and avoid them. The key is not whether the doctrine is good or what is bad. This is not a simple judgment question. It is a question that requires careful consideration and the essence of human nature. Always be vigilant, whether there is such a thing around and how to avoid it.

Shock. Who said that dictatorship cannot be achieved again? We are only five days away from fascism (especially young people). You don't have to understand the purpose of doing this, as long as someone does it, it will grow stronger and stronger. Man is indeed the most dangerous species! The narrative is quite normal, but I actually imagined it to be more exciting. . Of course, this is a jaw-dropping story, the prototype is in the United States.
