Mrs Thatcher, to me, is just a name, how much do we know about her? I don't think it's a good thing to see movies as historical facts, but at least it's a point of understanding. So, I don't care if the film really reflects Mrs Thatcher's life, I only care about the film itself, the photography, the acting, and so on.
As far as acting is concerned, Meryl Streep is amazing, only she can handle such a role, I even think she has a lot of similar qualities to the heroine, serious seriousness, and at the same time, a little lack of humor. Ah, the need for a sense of humour is just a personal hobby of mine, like someone's specializing in it - is that a fetish? !
Another thing to say is that the makeup is so perfect, Chinese directors, take a good look at this film and see what a first-class makeup artist is.
I don't want to say anything else. I don't like sensationalism very much. I was incited at the time, but I would feel empty afterwards.
