About subtitles

Before the subtitles I want to say: Chainsaw Six feels good.

But about the subtitles...

I won't name names here, the subtitle expert translated the English words so "deeply".

This afternoon, I watched "SAW 5" with words like "CCAV", "Tarzan", "Chainsaw Door" and so on, and I still swallowed it. (It does affect the viewing)

Just now watching "SAW 6" is keeping pace with the times. The Shanghai dialect subtitles are confusing, and the iron escort of the words "Brother Zeng" makes me feel crazy.

I don't care about Shanghai dialect subtitles. After all, I have seen Cantonese subtitles, Wu dialect subtitles, and Hokkien subtitles.

I just want to say that the translators can be more dedicated and can translate again according to the cultural conditions of the production area. Even if they cannot translate accurately, can they still strive for perfection? !

As for the issue of "freedom of subtitles", I don't want to say more, the RMVB files on the Internet are geometrically embedded with SRT.

It's a bit of a fault, forgive me for being used to watching plug-in AVIs...

Saw VI quotes

  • Jigsaw: You think it's the living who have ultimate judgment over you, because the dead will have no claim over your soul. But you may be mistaken.

  • Jigsaw: Hello, William. Before you are six of your most valuable associates. The ones who find errors in policies. Their findings result in over two-thirds of all applications denied or prematurely terminated. Now you must apply your analysis to them. And will you be able to find their errors? Six ride the carousel, but only two can get off. The decision of which two survive falls upon you. But remember, the mounted gun will continue to fire until all six rounds are spent. And if no decision is made on your part, all six will perish. To offer the two reprieves, you must press both buttons at once in the box before you. However, in doing so, you will give a sacrifice of your own. Two can live, four will die. Your decisions symbolized by the blood on your hands.
