An American Brainwashing Movie

A late Christmas movie, I haven't seen it until just now. To be honest, I have unintentionally regarded it as a live-action movie many times. The 3D effect has reached a very good level, but I feel the exquisite 3D production. As for making me, a foreigner, feel a very strong sense of pseudo-harmony...

The story is about an old miser who doesn't believe in Christmas and is forcibly led by a candle, a green Santa, and a god of death on Christmas Eve. It took three paragraphs to perform, so that he would eventually repent. Maybe I have always been an atheist, so watching it makes me feel more and more awkward...

This is a movie for children to watch. It is true to be kind and generous, but this propaganda is too exaggerated... This is completely instilling that if you do good deeds, you will go to heaven after death, and you will definitely become a great person, otherwise you will not die...

This reminds me of an anti-Nazi Germany movie made by Disney... It's a whole argument, but this time the position is changed from human to the level of human nature... After watching the movie, my mood becomes extremely heavy...

So even if Well made but the story is too brainwashed...only 2 stars

  • Fred: A Merry Christmas to you, uncle!

Ebenezer Scrooge: Bah! Humbug... What reason have you to be merry? You're poor enough.

Fred: What reason have you to be so dismal? You're rich enough.
